Rose has recently revamped Tea Time cafe to create a free co-working space every Wednesday and Thursday 9am – 4pm. We will be using the coworking and event space for our networking group. The monument was built in 1827 by Whitby banker Robert Campion\, who laid the foundation stone on Captain Cook’s birthday 12th July 1827. We’ll have a brief stop to catch the beautiful views of North Yorkshire before turning to the east to continue along the forested trail. From here\, the route will turn to the north and traverse the undulating landscape\, taking you through descents that will showcase the rugged nature of the moor. The route takes you past an Alpaca farm before turning west walking through some farms and finally back at the car park. The route is approximately 5km and takes 1h – 1h20min to walk. Suitable shoes is recommended due to the uneven terrain. \n12.15 – 12.30pm – Arrive back at Gribdale Gate Car Park \n12.30pm (optional) – drive a short 10min drive to Fletchers Farm Coffee House to continue conversations over a cuppa or lunch. \n  \nDisclaimer: \nParticipants join the walk at their own risk.
